We're all about fun, but we do have a few party rules: Balloons, Banners, Pinatas ARE ALLOWED Outside Food and drink ARE ALLOWED Make sure your guests arrive on time so they don't miss their attraction experience. No pop-up parties. All parties must be booked 72 hours in advance. ​ Cancellation policy: If a party is cancelled for any reason, no cash refunds will be issued. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

At Kid Zone, your safety is very important to us. Please read the following rules before you arrive. All people must be supervised by a responsible adult or caregiver at all times. A responsible caregiver is someone who is a minimum of 16 years old. No ‘In-or-out’ Privileges. Admission is one-time and non-transferable. For the safety of our youngest Participants, walking is always encouraged. All Participants (including supervising caregivers and adults) must remove shoes and wear socks inside our playground boundaries. Food and drinks must be consumed outside the playground boundaries or in a pre-booked party room. No outside food or drinks are permitted in the play area. All toys must remain in their own buildings to allow all participants an equal opportunity to play. Please ensure that your child leaves toys in appropriate buildings. KID ZONE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Strollers are not allowed in the play area. No horseplay or roughhousing. No sharp objects/toys are allowed inside the play boundaries. In the event of inclement weather and our facility will be closed, we will gladly reschedule your event and accommodate your needs. We recommend that you show up 30 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in. It is recommended to have ALL guests sign a digital waiver prior to arrival. Socks are required for play, they will be available to purchase for $2. No sparkler candles are allowed.

Can we walk in to play? Yes we are open daily for open play by the hour. Your time starts after you pay for your session. Do kids need to wear socks? Yes, socks will also be available for a $2 purchase if you forget yours. Can we bring in outside food? Yes, food and drink are allowed in the sitting area. No food or drink on the padded floors or in the play town. When should we check in for a party? Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to allow check-in and set up How often is the facility cleaned? We clean daily in between each play session and party. What ages can play? Our playground is rated for 2-12 year olds, our play town is great for toddlers 2 and under.
